Life can get tough. Your behaviors have taken you down treacherous paths or maybe bad luck just seems to follow you around, no matter how hard you try to ‘fix’ things. It feels like the deck of cards is stacked against you and there is no way out. Life did not come with a manual and you’re constantly being tested and challenged. Your (re)actions may have hurt your loved ones, your children and yourself. These actions can’t be undone. Maybe you’re starting to realize this.
This is when most people get mentally ‘stuck’.

Standard Anger Management courses are widely known to be tedious or too ”preachy” or ”dry”. As a result, client retention is low and recidivism/relapse is high. This is a known treatment outcome with mandated populations. In 2019, the Mastery Solutions team took the leap and decided to develop their own signature anger management program! Two years later, after being tried, tested, and critiqued by offenders and their probation officers, we’re able to say with confidence that the program WORKS!
It is successful in keeping the clients engaged, curious and eager to learn. The material is visually appealing and invites introspection and open discussions.
The material covers:
Duration: 16-18 sessions
Classes offered via Zoom (individual) or in-person (individual/group).
Culturally responsive and modified for Latinx communities.
